About Richard Flook

Richard grew up in Bristol, England. At the age of 12 his mother died suddenly from breast cancer. At the age of 37 he had a herniated disc which rendered him unable to walk. From these events in his life Richard Flook has been asking the same questions ‘Why am I sick?’ and ‘How can I heal?’ His journey lead him to discover that there was a direct link between certain health problems and specific stressful events. Furthermore, he discovered exactly how the body absorbs those traumatic situations. Curious to find out what would happen if he reversed that process, he experimented and found that the body would heal itself, completely naturally and often at lightning speed.

Amazed, he taught others this simple process. They too got the same results. He named the process Advanced Clearing Energetics or ACE for short. ACE truly involves clearing the stressful events that lead to pain, illness, and psychological conflicts.

Over 30 years of research has gone into Richard Flook’s brand new material, which beautifully integrates with many modalities. Influences come from his previous work with Peter Fraser from NES Health along with past experiences in other modalities. Those include Integrative Health Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, EFT, the controversial German New Medicine, its counterpart Meta Medicine, (now know as Meta-Health), nutrition, esoteric studies, and his ongoing research into why and how a disease creates itself.

Richard’s goal has always been to find ways to simplify everything he had learned and apply it into one simple system. He created Advanced Clearing Energetics (ACE), to provide people and practitioners with a set of exceptional tools to release emotional and physical stress.

Richard now resides in France with his wife Kristin and son Oliver.
